Shipping Policy

Med Connect MD does not dispense medications. Orders are processed, filled, and shipped by licensed pharmacies. Shipping methods, cold-chain packaging, and processing times vary by partner and product. Expedited shipping is subject to pharmacy processing and carrier cutoffs. Prescription medications are generally non-returnable once shipped.
